The new founded company gets registred in the public traderegister as Wagner + Grimm, electromechanical workshop.

Oskar Grimm joins the company.

Start with the construction on the 5062 m² property in Malters LU.

Conversion of the single company to private limited company Wagner + Grimm AG.

Oskar Grimm leaves the company. Ernst Reichel takes the commercial management over as well as 50% of the stock.

Kurt Wagner leaves the company. Armin Wagner takes the technical management over as well as 50% of the stock.

An additional production building is built with 2 x 900 m². 

1994

Wagner + Grimm AG is certified according to ISO 9001.

Marcel Wagner takes the technical management over and Bernhard Burri the commercial management.

Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri become the owners of Wagner + Grimm AG. Both hold 50% of the shares.

Takeover of Lapp-Transformers of Lapp Textima AG in Hittnau ZH.

The owners Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri decide to support the rising market of the new business units with the necessary infrastructure by an additional building of 900 m².

01.12.2009

A new company is formed out of the strategical business units Kamate, DXXL and imPuls. HumanTec Swiss Ltd. is founded by a 50% share holding of Bernhard Burri and Marcel Wagner. The core business of HumanTec Swiss Ltd. is the development, production and sale of Lifestyle- and Medical products.

Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri have decided to hand over the operational management to Daniel Grimm, Raphael Fuchs and Felix Mächler.

Wagner + Grimm AG will be renamed to W+G TEC GmbH.

The previous owners of Wagner + Grimm AG, Marcel Wagner and Bernhard Burri, handing over the company to the experienced hands of Daniel Grimm. 

Daniel Grimm has been working at Wagner + Grimm AG for over 25 years. He has helped shape Wagner + Grimm AG in various functions over all these years, since 2016 as CEO and COO.

All employees of Wagner + Grimm AG will be transferred to the new company.
